Douglas C. Burkhardt
acquired First Realty Company in 1976 after five years of affiliation
with the firm. Doug has a BA degree from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Syracuse University. After five years
with Eastman Kodak Company, Doug joined First Realty Company and has
spent over 30 years in sales, leasing, and management of various real
estate properties in the greater Rochester area. Doug has managed shopping
centers, mixed use properties and industrial real estate. He has attended
numerous continuing education programs sponsored by the Realtors National
Marketing Institute. |

Gary
W. Miller joined First Realty Company in 1985 and has concentrated
on the sales and leasing of industrial real estate. Gary has a B.S. degree
from R.I.T. where he majored in accounting and marketing. Gary’s brokerage
activities generates a very high volume of sales and leasing and he has
received high praise from his customers by developing creative solutions

Mercedes R. Brien was affiliated with Bowles & Bowles and joined First Realty Company in 2000. She has been active in the commercial real estate business for over 5 years. Her experience is in industrial, retail and office markets, representing local and national customers and clients.
