Douglas C. Burkhardt
acquired First Realty Company in 1976 after five years of affiliation
with the firm. Doug has a BA degree from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Syracuse University. After five years
with Eastman Kodak Company, Doug joined First Realty Company and has
spent over 30 years in sales, leasing, and management of various real
estate properties in the greater Rochester area. Doug has managed shopping
centers, mixed use properties and industrial real estate. He has attended
numerous continuing education programs sponsored by the Realtors National
Marketing Institute. |

Gary
W. Miller joined First Realty Company in 1985 and has concentrated
on the sales and leasing of industrial real estate. Gary has a B.S. degree
from R.I.T. where he majored in accounting and marketing. Gary’s brokerage
activities generates a very high volume of sales and leasing and he has
received high praise from his customers by developing creative solutions

Althea Haworth
My commercial real estate experience includes most aspects of the profession including the sale and purchase of businesses, leasing, acquisition and operation of a number of commercial operations and securing land use entitlements for new commercial development. Over the years I have bought and sold several apartment buildings, acquired and operated a liquor/deli store for 10 years, owned and operated a bed and breakfast inn on the Mendocino Coast in CA. and secured land use entitlements and building permits for a commercial mall in Los Angeles County. These experiences provided me an excellent background in what is required for successful negotiations for commercial acquisition, financing options, operational requirements for business and marketing of the sale of commercial operations. |
